Susie is a licensed real estate agent in Texas. Born and raised in California, she moved to Texas with her husband and three of her five children in 2015. Susie holds a BA degree and assists with all of our Conservative Move connections across the US. She has extensive work experience in administration, non-profit organizations and small businesses, as well as homeschooling her children.

He served on a number of political campaigns and has extensive experience in public and media affairs. Ryan is married with three children.
Kirby Wilbur was a talk show host in Seattle and several years ago, he had Paul Chabot on as a guest. He was intrigued about the idea of helping people move from blue to red states. He and Paul ( and Derek ) became friends, and he was so intrigued, he used Conservative Move to move to McKinney, Texas, upon leaving the radio station in January, 2021. Then, he and his family loved Texas so much, he got his Real Estate license so he could work with others who wanted to come to Texas. Lt Col David Young, USAF (ret.), is a retired Air Force Officer with command experience at various levels, organizational experience at the tactical, operational and strategic level, and served overseas in Korea, Iraq, and the Azores. He has a BS in Secondary Ed, with a double minor in Math and Science, an MBA, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. Dave is married with five children and has five grandchildren.
